Welcome to the Festival
You'll enjoy a wide range of cooking styles at this year's Cornwall Food and Drink Festival. Find out how to cook tasty and great value local produce on a traditional Cornish range or discover how the Royal Navy brings a touch of class to its most formal and exclusive dinners.
This year we are delighted to have demonstrations by Roy Heath who will be preparing and cooking food on a Cornish range provided by Heritage Cookers, a Cornish company based in Liskeard.

We strive to make the festival as interesting and informative as possible, so we are pleased to welcome some new chefs to the cookery theatre as well as old favourites.

This year we are excited to have a team of chefs and stewards from HMS Raleigh at Torpoint, who, with a colleague from the French Navy, are giving demonstrations on Friday 29 September.

I am thrilled at the growing variety and diversity of Cornish produce on show every year at the Food and Drink Festival. There has never been a better time to explore our food marquee and sample the wide range of fresh Cornish products on offer.

Why not try something new for lunch or take home something tasty for the family?
