Celebrating the very best of Cornish food and drink

Trelawney Garden Centre are a major sponsor for this years Cornwall food and drink festival.

Trelawney Garden Centre, just outside Wadebridge on the A389 nestled in the beautiful Camel Valley was founded in 1970 by Frank & Marion Danning who’s small roadside stall supplied home-grown fruit and vegetables to local customers as they passed by. As time progressed the business flourished and with the help of son David and long time family friend David Symons, Trelawney Garden Centre grew and became an award winning garden centre renowned for its quality, variety of products and friendly family atmosphere.

November 2005 saw Trelawney branch out into Devon, with the purchase of a second garden centre in Ashford, near Barnstaple, formally Banbury’s Garden Centre. We are currently working the Trelawney magic and look forward to creating another award winning garden centre for Devon.

Today, Trelawney still leads the way for the best quality products and service for our customers, which is reflected in our numerous awards over the years from the GCA - The Garden Centre Association - a governing body regulating quality in the garden centre trade. At present we hold the accolade for one of the top ten garden centres in the UK along with Regional Winners for the best  Garden Centre in the Wales & West area.
