This year, see more of the county's professional chefs than ever in action, headlined by Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw, winner of the South West heat of BBC TV's Great British Menu this year.

Learn the secrets of culinary success from a range of experts leading the Skill School, while you relax and grab a bite in the popular Croust Bar. Or feel the heat rise as BBC Radio Cornwall presenters go head-to-head against the clock in a live cooking challenge to open the show.

Kids can have fun in the Funky Food Zone and two brave teams, all age 11 and under, will come under the spotlight in the Young Chefs' Challenge on Sunday morning.

New for this year:
  • The Cornish Cocktail Championships - see the county's budding mixologists creating some magic.
  • Fine Cookware Auction - bid for top designer names in cookware and equipment.
  • The World’s Greatest Coffee Morning - part of Macmillan's nationwide appeal on Friday 24th.
  • The Food Fringe goes county-wide - with special things to do, places to stay and food and drink to try all over Cornwall.

Full details will be published on this site before the end of June.

N.B. Exhibitor space and chef demonstration slots are now sold out.
